Get Help. You Are Not Alone.
If you or someone you know is struggling, reach out. Veterans, first responders, families, and caregivers deserve support—whether facing emotional distress, PTSD, substance use concerns, or challenges related to traumatic brain injury (TBI). You can contact these services for yourself or because you are concerned about someone else.
If someone is in immediate physical danger or a suicide attempt is underway, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
