Brain Matters Training: Managing Anxiety and Supporting Well-Being

For people living with brain injury — and the families and professionals who support them — anxiety can be a significant challenge. An upcoming Brain Matters Virtual Training will explore strategies for managing anxiety and supporting overall well-being without relying solely on medication.

Alternative Strategies to Medication for the Management of Anxiety and Overall Well Being will be presented by John Crampton, PhD., Neuropsychologist, on Tuesday, September 15, from noon to 1 p.m.

Brain Matters trainings are designed for brain injury survivors, family members and professionals interested in expanding their knowledge of brain injury and recovery.

The virtual program costs $25 and is free for brain injury survivors and family members.
